Gobi Gate Pharmaceuticals LLC delivers pharmaceutical products exclusively to licensed hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and wholesalers. All customers must be verified and approved before gaining access to product details or placing an inquiry.

1. Eligibility:
Only registered and approved healthcare businesses may access the B2B portal or request quotes.

2. Product Use Disclaimer:
All medicines are intended strictly for institutional or professional medical use. Off-label or consumer resale is prohibited.

3. Pricing:
All prices provided upon request are subject to change and are exclusive of taxes, shipping, or import duties unless otherwise stated.

4. Legal Compliance:
The buyer is responsible for ensuring all local laws and storage regulations are followed upon receipt of goods.

5. Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Any disputes shall be resolved before a competent court in Ulaanbaatar.
